Shipping Options & Delivery Costs 

We are currently offering free standard domestic shipping for all orders over $40.00 and $3.95 for orders under $40.00. Orders to be sent via USPS and UPS and FedEx. 


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed before 12pm (noon PST) Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. 


DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. 


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. 


Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the event you have changed your mind about your purchase, inadvertently ordered the incorrect flavor or quantity, you can return the item for an exchange or refund it for a different flavor and or quantity within 30 days of delivery with its original packaging only if it is unused. 

 

We carefully inspect returned items and exchange the products or provide a refund using the original method of payment. If by any chance returned items are damaged, without original packaging or have any signs of use, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the products.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEM RETURNS

If an order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please take a picture of the package and items you received (it will help us to determine the issue) and (send us an email) including the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Pictures showing item and packaging.
  • Description of the problem.

Your message will be addressed within 36 hours during normal business hours (PST) and we will resolve any issues you might have with either providing a full replacement or provide a refund using the original method of payment


REFUSALS

If for some reason a package was refused at the time of delivery or wrong address details were given (suite/apartment number or any other information that would be needed to complete the delivery) order would be returned to us and return shipping charges may apply.


IMPORTANT: Shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is dispatched.
